Hey folks,
I have two ASUS 4870's crossfired on a GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard, and when I try to play AH, I get pretty severe stuttering whenever I do any type of movement.
If I disable Crossfire and run on a single 4870, the game is fine and smooth.
In both cases, the frame rate is solid at 59.
I've tried several variatations of graphic settings, from lowering AA, to disabling skins, to disabling self shadows, but the result is the same -- Crossfire has stutters, a single card does not.
A friend mentioned that AH doesn't support Crossfire, but in reading some older posts, I got the gist that it does.
So, is anybody else noticing this? Any ideas on a solution, aside from leaving Crossfire disabled?
Thanks. :)

It is not that we do not support Crossfire. Multi-video card setups are up to the manufacturer to be supported. It is not up to the application at all.
There have been a lot of problems with Crossfire and Aces High. There really is nothing we can do about it.

Thanks Skuzzy.
I appreciate the quick reply. :)

After some testing, I found out it wasn't Crossfire causing the issue -- it was Adaptive Anti-Aliasing.
I got the same stutters if I turned it on using a single 4870, so when I enabled Crossfire and turned of AAA, the game is smooth.
Thanks for the help. :)
