I've flown with you some through the 91st, so here is my open advice to you.
Most importantly I think you need to slow down and really think before you talk/post. Just because the game and BBS allows you to instantly voice something to hundreds of people, doesn't mean you have to. Read this guy's post:
http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,280952.0.html (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,280952.0.html)
He very clearly and specifically explains his wishes and their benefits to the game. Because of that, he is getting positive and informative responsive (even though he wished for the B-29!!!) Your post, I think HTC shud add more gvs strong and week, was thought up and written in less than 20 seconds. There are no details, the only thing that stands out is that you spelled should as shud and weak as week. I can only imagine the poster I referred to earlier spent at least 15-30 minutes typing that up, not to mention a few days thinking about the advantages of it and researching previous posts.
I can't tell you how many times I've written up a response to a post, only to finish it and just close out my browser without posting. Sometimes I decided that it isn't necessary for me to input, especially if it is an emotional or controversial response. Taking time to really think about what you are saying and how people are going to react to it is important. Before you hit that button to transmit or post, stop, think, slow yourself down.
On a side note, I've heard you talk, you do squeak, but that's okay. We've asked you to back off the mic before not because of your high voice but because you choose to yell into the mic. That just goes back to you talking just to be heard, you let us in on every single thing you are doing.
I hope you take the time to read and think about this. Maybe some other guys who know you can toss in their 2cents to help you out.
:salute

Yeah let the kid wish for what he wants and leave him alone. Its not like he badmouthed your sister and it sure as heck wasnt worth 5 paragraphs on your part.

It was worth five paragraphs, for him and many others who post what they would like to see added. Not only for proper spelling and sentence structure but for content.
No matter how inane a wish, putting some thought and effort into it will at least show the poster is serious and would like a serious response.

Sure, as long as some tank killer gv's are also put in. And you failed to supply an example of a tank that was "stronger than a tiger" which fit the guidelines of inclusion into AH and operated between 1939(?) - 1945.

Irony, telling me to let Jr. say what he wants while telling me what I can or cannot say. I have no problem with wishes (of course this probably should have been in the wishlist forum) and contrary to what you said, I didn't actually tell him not to wish for stuff. I've flown with Jr. and am trying to help our younger members out. If you want to help out our younger generation of pilots I encourage you to write some positive suggestions. Otherwise sir will you keep the negative out of it, thanks.

 GrnEagleJr, there's something called a period. It looks like this . USE ONE! Tigers were pretty d****ed effective, if you don't like the fact that the other guy has one, then get in one yourself, or get some buddies. Like my Daddy used to always say: "If brute force doesn't work, you're not using enough." But for everything that is right and Holy in this world, pay attention in English class, please?
-
GrnEagleJr, if you wish to be taken seriously in the forums (especially this forum! Geez you guys can be vicious!), you need to present a clear and detailed topic for discussion. Your presentation needs to be "professional" or your associates will spend more time "flaming" you than discussing the relative merits of the point you are trying to make. Having said that, I would remind everyone on this board that we can't all be military science-aviation history-english professors with a test pilot rating and a kung fu grip. :salute :D

I'll help out the OP.
These 16 additions to the AH GV line up would flush out some of the most significant combat vehicles of WWII (absent Japanese entries) and, along with what we already have, would provide a good representation of all periods of the war. This would help with scenario planning and add GV elements to the AvA, EW and MW arenas that are, at times, not currently realistic.
In addition, some of these, such as the Crusader were equipped for AA roles (Bofors 40mm AA Gun with an autoloader and powered mounting in an open topped turret), providing an Allied alternative to the (very) limited production Wirblewind and Ostwind. As the game develops over time, others such as the M4 Sherman were equipped for mine clearing, as flame throwers and for other specialized roles. Once added, modifying these models for specific specalty roles would be a relatively simple task (as opposed to the game modifications needed to make these specialty roles viable in-game).
While I wouldn't expect HT to suddenly add 16 vehicles to the game, particularily with the advent of WWI aircraft, I'd hope that an agenda such as this might be considered and added over time.
So, without further ado, here's my wish list (I could live with some additions or deletions from this but it's a good starting point for discussion):
Chuchill - Great Britan - 1941-1945
M10 GMC - USA - 1942-1943 - Gun Motor Carriage (Tank Destroyer) with 3" M7 gun on Sherman hull
M3 - USA - 1941-1943 - Medium Tank
M3 Personell Halftrack - USA - Includes armored personell carrier, self-propelled gun and anti-aircraft (e.g. M16) varients.
M3A3 Stuart - USA - 1941-1942 - Light Tank, 37 mm gun
M4 Sherman - USA - 1942-1945 - Medium Tank with 75 mm M3 (L/38) gun
M5 - USA - 1941-1943 - Light Tank, 37 mm gun
Mk VI Crusader - Great Britan - 1940-1943 - Tank, Cruiser, Mks I, II and III
Panther - Germany - 1943-1945 - (Panzer V) was armed with a 75 mm KwK 42 L/70 gun (Sd.Kfz. 171)
Pz III G-J - Germany - 1940-1942 - Armed with 50 mm L/42 gun
Pz IV - Germany - 1942-1945 - Panzer IV with long 75 mm L/43 or L/48 gun
StuG III F-G - Germany - 1942-1945 - Sturmgeschütz 40. Assault Gun armed with 75 mm L/43 or L/48 on Panzer III chassis (Sd.Kfz. 142/1)
SU-76 - USSR - 1942-1945 - Self propelled 76 mm gun mounted on a lengthened version of the T-70 chassis
T-60 - USSR - 1941-1942 - Light armoured fighting vehicles
T-70 - USSR - 1942-1943 - Light armoured fighting vehicles
Valentine - Great Britan - 1939-1945 - Tank, Infantry, Mks I, II, III and IV
Oh... and if it helps I have the technical specifications on most of these including things like on-road/off-road speeds, gun elevations, shell sizes, muzzel velocities, rounds per minute, armor thicknesses, etc., etc., etc.

Jayhawk, I salute you for taking a positive position on the helping and guiding our younger generations of members. Its easy to be cruel or uncaring as others on this thread have proven, but it takes a bit more effort to be a positive influence. Well done and thank you sir! :salute
-
GrnEagleJr. I apologize, my earlier post had all the tact of a chainsaw murderer on LSD. Thank you Jayhawk for the smack upside the head, considering it was my post that you referenced. Sometimes it's better to stay quiet and let people think you're an idiot, then to open your mouth and prove it. (That's a reference to me, not you JayHawk)
The point I failed horribly in making, is that if you want people to take you seriously, then you have to act seriously. "i want the pby catalina cuz the cat is a good plane many ppl think its good cood we haz cat plz" makes me look like a 5 year old pounding away on Daddy's keyboard. When you type like that people don't see what you typed, they see how you typed it, and you might as well hang a "Kick Me" sign on your back.
Next time you present something, try this:
What you want (Use examples, more GV's doesn't tell anyone anything. Do research), what it brings to the game, and how easily can it be done. (Humans are inherently lazy, we will work hard now, so we can have it easier later) Be open to criticism. Saxman came up with a better idea for the PBY then using it for SAR. Maybe someone will turn you onto a better idea, or a way to make you're idea better.
Either way, again, I apologize. But remember, when you post something, you're talking to a bunch of people who probably remember Gunship 2000 and the Jane series of sims (I wish they'd bring Longbow back). Take the time to present it instead of just posting it.

Only two things missing in this thread:
1) A wish.
2) what you are wishing for.
Give us details please.

The M18 tank destroyer is the next armored gv that should be added. It fills a gap and would offer a completely different style of gv game play.
It is very quick and fast, and has a main cannon on par with the Soviet 85mm. The downsides are it has weak armor and is vulnerable to air attacks due to the open turret.
Those attributes would lead to a armored hit-n-run game and a true "panzer blitz" attack.
-
I say the next tanks that should be added are the M-3 Stuart tank, and the Panzer III Ausf H.
