The resolution of the ones we have now is 10 feet, i.e. each pixel in the texture is a 10 ft x 10 ft square.  The texture files are 1024 x 1024 pixels and cover an area 2 miles x 2 miles.  (Not saying that's too coarse or too fine.. just pointing out the current texture resolution for information.)
