Title: Need Functioning ALL Channel

I made this request a some time ago but, since at least one other guy in AvA earlier today agreed with me, I thought I'd make it again:

Can we get a functioning ALL channel in the AvA like MidWar has. It's much easier to communicate than 200, imo, especially since not everyone is tuned to Channel 200.

i like 200 because you CAN tune it on or off! if it doesn't have an off switch, then only the CM's should have it
