Title: Weapon select...
Post by: onan on January 01, 2010, 05:19:48 AM
Hi Guys

Anyone know what key changes weapon whilst looking through bombsite.  The button I've mapped to change it doesn't work.  I have to press F1 to go back to the pilot view, change weapon and then go back to bomsite view.
Would be good not to have to change views to change weapon.

Thanks

Backspace key

That don't work unless your in the pilot view.  If your in f6 (bomb site) then you can't change ords your using.  Seems like this should be in the wish list.  So you can drop the 4k big daddy and your smaller bombs from the lancs.

I dont fly lancaster, but on the JU88 the backspace key worked to switch from the 500kgs to the 50kgs while in the bombsight - F6 - mode

I also have this problem. In none of the bombers does backspace work to change which bomb size I'm dropping.

Just checked how it operates on my end offline. Backspace will change weapon select from bombsight, F6, view.
There is no indicator in that bombsight that I could see to find out which one you have selected at that time though.

backspace works for me in the lancasters. he might have to remap his backspace key.
