Title: P38 port looks like Venice

Axis and Allies Map
P38 base
Finland Russia
Jatkosta 1941 - 1944

P38 port is in the water.  All flat area is under water with acks, buildings etc sticking up.  Troops walk on top of water so its still capturable but gv's are a no go.  Might be a spring thaw but I am probably betting on a minor glitch.
