Title: Update to Typhoon Engine Sound

I changed it a little, filtered out some stuff that made it sound like a loop.

 http://www.raf303.org/funked/typhoon_eng.wav (http://www.raf303.org/funked/typhoon_eng.wav)

Put it in Aces High\sounds\typhoon directory.  Rename it to eng.wav.

Ahh. Finnaly got all the osunds collected for my AH sound reinstall; AKWabbits, Citabra's the 190's from Wesel and now the Tiffie engine!
