Title: Country Not Enabled Flight?

I guess there was a reset today and I noticed that flight was not enabled for Knights.  I could be wrong  :headscratch:

Fixed.  Skuzzy must have reset everything for the January campaign.  Works now.

Just fixed it.  We'll keep an eye on it.
