Those of you who are populate the arenas EVERY day...all day long...what makes it possible for you to do that?????
Think of the Billy Crystal/Meg Ryan movie..."When Harry Met Sally"...the orgasm scene. Whatever it is that allows you to play non-stop every day...I want some of that :devil
-
Times are hard for alot of people bro, they may be out of the job or out of season(like landscapers) I know with my schedule my hours played during a month can be really different if its a month with only 1 weekend off :salute
-
many are retired (you may have noticed there are alot of older people playing) ........ many are temporarily out of work......... some work from home or have jobs where they can goof off when they want..... some may be "seasonal" type workers such as construction, farmers, etc where theres plenty of freetime in the winter.......
-
I've been unemployed almost a year and barely crack 25 hours a Tour.
-
Same boat as K, but no wife, no kids and its too cold to be outside messing with cars.

Not much fun without names...
Can anyone find someone with more than 244 hours?
(and no, that wasn't me)

:rofl :rofl :rofl Someone doesn't get out much.

Actually of 244 hours about 90 of those are spent helping people. How much help you do you REALLY give people? Not much I bet.
The guy I have been helping has almost 300 hours and I did find someone with a lot more. These people have disabilities that allow them very little comfort in life and your poking fun at them makes you look really really bad. Grow up.

I've helped Deaf folks in the TA and have given back, more than I've received in this game. I'm already grown up, thanks though. I've volunteered a couple of different times to become an AH Trainer. Now I help those in need, as often as I can.

This is probably viewed as very helpful also.

I have NEVER spent that much time total. I'm sorry Chalenge, I have a life outside of AH. Regardless of "Training" High Altitude Exercises.

Max,
Are your serious?
Think about it. The only way anybody could hang out in an online game all day every day is to be one of the following:
A kid (overall most likely in this or any game)
Retired (Somewhat likely in this particular game)
Out of Work due to the current economy ( Next most likely)
Later,
KayBay

Sheeeeeet...... I was away for business half of the December tour and still clocked 61 hours.
How? I live alone right now. :D
-
I must admit I would log a lot more hours if I didn't spend my evening with my eyes glazed over listening to the ack while she watches some boring tv chit. If I lived alone my time would probably quadruple.

My wife does pay my AH account and never objects when I'm off playing for hours, and she never interrupts me.
Sometimes I wonder what she's doing during all that time... :noid

You are a legend V.. In your own mind.
-
I think all of you are missing the point here!!!! Fred and Lushe don't have wife ack! :D
-
Over the past couple years, especially this past year Ive really lost interest in the game. I guess after 13 years or so its bound to happen. That thrill that was there when you locked horns is gone. Partly becauseits just gotten old, partly because not alot of people lock horns anymore.
-

I'm sure I'm not the only one that has snuck into bed at dawn, with the Ack saying " Have you been playing that stupid aeroplane game all night. ".

Or some of us have very flexible work schedules or some of us work for companies that don't care if we play at work. I guess that's one of the upsides for working in the gaming industry.
I had a two week break for the holidays, got to play more than I usually do.
ack-ack

This made me laugh. Not sure why. Must need coffee.

different time zones

different time zones
How do different timezones enable one player to play more hours than others?

:lol

Only when you add the multi-phase quantum field generator.

There's too many dirty dishes
In the sink for just us two
I say there's too many dirty dishes
Baby in the sink for just us two
Well you got me wonderin' baby
Who's makin' dirty dishes with you
I go to work in the mornin'
I come right home every night
When I leave the sink is empty
And when I come back home,
My baby got 'em stacked up out of sight
There's too many dirty dishes
Baby in the sink for just us two
Well you got me wonderin', got me wonderin' baby
Who's making dirty dishes with you
I cleaned your dirty dishes
How much more am I supposed to take?
When I left I had fruit loops for breakfast
Now there's a bone from a T-bone steak, y'all
And there's too many dirty dishes
Baby in the sink for just us two
Well you got me wonderin', you got me wonderin' baby
Who's makin' dirty dishes with you

Who's makin' dirty dishes with you

Ya, it was covered in other threads.

My time playing is determined by how rubbish is on the TV.
My TV has a Anti wife ack setting called TRUEMOVIES and TCM.
COMEDANCING can also be used to counteract Wifeack.

Laid off since July, on the puter all day sending resumes etc. and popping on and off Aces. It is a good way to socialize and stay entertained while on a budget.

Been unemployed for over a year. Taking the CPA exam very soon though. So I hope that changes things.

Don't many European Countries have much more developed social programs that help people when they loose their job?
I had a family member that lived in France who didn't have a job for several years and was ok because of it. This would allow for lots of AH time I would imagine.

Social Programs = Living off other's hard labor
