Title: Error 4

Tried to log on and got an error message stating "Could not log in: Call HTC 817-251-1540 Mention Error 4. Called the number, no response. I figure that the offices are probably closed for the night. My friend is over, tried his account on his computer, same thing. So that leads me to believe that it is not my account. Is it my connection or a server issue? Any info would be appreciated.

IF memory serves me right  I think ur IP address has been banned.

best bet is to email or call............ only way youre gonna get that one resolved

Up and running now. Thanks to HTC staff for the quick resolution
