Just a mid point of a PBJ-1C I'm working on...

Any thoughts...

i like it

Don't we have this skin?
-
theres a naval B25H skin
-
The fading paint is a nice effect, but I think it needs to be more uniform and less splotchy. Also, I'd go ahead and use the glass nose variant for the screenies, in order to match the profile.

Ok, I lightened the weathering layer...
-
Wow, Nate! That is truly impressive. It looks as if you've been doing this for years!
-
Poor thing isn't going far without a way to put fuel in it's tanks. ;)
-
25H ok oh.

Bah fuel...who needs it! :neener:

That looks awesome Copr! :O

Well I changed to a VMB-611 scheme, which this could possibly change again depending on HTCs stance on the nose mounted radar.

Looks pretty good to me. I think it should be OK we have a B25H that had a dome on the wing allowed.
-
lookin good :rock
-
any word on if this was OK. Would like to see it in in game since it would mean a new Navy AC the squad can fly.
-
It would be nice if we could get the gun blisters on the glass nose like all the VMB-611 B-25D's

BTW Stoney some of the VMB-611 aircraft were very splotchy, this was the one I was working on for a skin (VMB-611 MB3). I suspect that the splotchyness <sp> was only temporary as most photo's show it being more even.

All of VMB-611's B-25D's were from the last production block they had some pretty interesting features;
- right and left waist guns, like the B-25J
- 6 fixed forward firing .50's
- single .50 in the tail
- 8 5" HVAR zero length rocket rails
- APS-3 search radar (VMB-611 & VMB-612 were to be primarily night interdiction squadrons, but due to a lack of targets VMB-611 switched back to day attack)

Apparently, I'm just grumpy. Good pics as always... :aok

wow, seen some cars on blocks with better paint than that thing. Cool pic!
