Title: CH Thottle is sticking

It's not flowing near as smoothly and is acting like it catches on something. Any suggestions?

PS. Could be a chili Dog in there.

It's very easy to take apart - earlier today I had to lubricate it's potentiometer:

1) remove the four rubber feets
2) unscrew the four screws
