1) Whats its name?
2) What was its min flying speed?
3) What was perculiar with is rocket-launch?

And like Staga say it was called

1) Kamov A-7-3A
2) 46kph (29mph)
3) It had a couple of rearward firing rockets.

Yanks used Piper Cubs, Germans used Storchs, Brits got Lysanders, Russians got few of those and R-2 and R-Z....

Why would it have low reliability? Autogiros are really simple a/c. And if a machinegun and 2 rearward firing rockets aren't a defence, then what is...
