Glary Utilities is a great program that you can you use to tweak your system. The Free version is good, but if you go here http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ you can get the PRO version for free also. It's a $40 piece of software that they are giving away for a limited time.

I haven't touched CCleaner for as long as Glary Utility has been out. It is a better program.

hrm... I'll give it a try then. Thanks.

No problem. I have Vista, if you do, just right click on both the "Setup" and "Activate" icons and "Run as Administrator". It works. :rock

<-- XP, for as long as I can keep it!

Good man! :aok

is that anything like the EVGA e-leet program, where you can OC in windows? I love E-leet, its a good way to test OC settings before you make the changes in your bios. E-leet dont save the settings so when you reboot it puts everything back to where it should be. But you can OC in windows and use those settings to play!

If you're asking about Glary Utilities, it removes temporary files, internet tracks, allows you to shred documents and lets you scan your computer's free disk space. It does a few extra things, yet that's a decent overview.

i ve been checking giveawayoftheday 2 to 3 years, try everyday. Come up with some good programs at times.

I highly recomend Glary Utilities, I'm afraid I missed it by a day. :(
If for no other reason, its a very easy way for the average person to learn what programs are in your windows start folder, and learn if you really need them or not.
Simple for the new user, and incredibly full featured for the power user.

Nice catch, thanks.
Picked it up and having no experience with that site I was going to wait till this morning to install it.
then I said the hell with it. Turns out to get the free version in full you have to activate it before the offer ends.
I happened to activate it in the nick of time

I don't use Glary but I do use this program AnVir Task Manager but was given away 3 days ago, I think there is a free version but of course does not have all the features working.
