I wonder...

Airplane 6 is a F4U-1 with a faired 4x20mm installation.
Wonder if HTC made the F4U-1C FM different from the F4U-1D to reflect this difference in CLmax and the related AoA? It's not much difference, but every little bit counts! (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

so then what I am to believe that since the F4U-1C had a better lift coefficient than did a F4U-1D with mgs it should be modeled into the plane so it turns better because "every little bit counts" the spoiler had a drastic effect on lift coefficient yet nobody seems to want his modeled into the -4s turn performance.

the 2 pics look like , pic 5 is a f6 or something else, the 6 pic is a gull wing F4U,
but not the #5 or last 1.
whels

Airplane 5 = F6F with unfaired cannon installation
Airplane 6 = F4U-1 with faired cannon installation
Airplane 1 = P-51 with faired cannon installation

im no aerodynamics expert, so is a lower figure for the lift coefficient better than a higher figure?
