Title: Help Which Photoshop Should i Get

ive seen a lot of photoshop prgrams can someone tell me which ones is teh best and post a link to where i can get it i want photoshop but i cant find the right or the wrong one

Might want to check out Photoshop Elements, far less money than the full current version of Photoshop.  Gimp is also good and free.

"Photoshop" is 1 program, made by Adobe.  

So the answer is, if you have the money, you buy Photoshop.

Thought its called G3 now,but anyways.  You can get it a lot cheaper if your a student. Adobe has great student discounts..

Unless you're a graphic designer or professional photographer, there is no need to buy the full out version of Photoshop.  PS Elements will do plenty for the average person.  But I'd try out Gimp first.  Give it a whirl.  See if you like it, its free.  If you don't, try Elements.
