check out these two utilities I was recently informed of.  ASC  is similar to CC cleaner but WAY better, in its utilities it has a thing called "Game booster"  when you click this it shuts down all the background programs and processes, very handy tool.

been using Iobit's utility and defrag for two years now...and oh by the way..there is a game booster inside the "utilities" that works great when flying aces high.

Oh wow , I ran the program last night and it took like 2 hour's and man , my system run's like new , WOW !!!!!
