Look at cockpit photos of the rest of the WW2 planes, many of them were as small and had as many instruments.

I have no idea where the gunsight is. I found these photos while roaming the Luftwaffe Resource Page. I can always contact the admin of the page and ask, but it takes about a month for a reply.
