Title: M16 takes 2 hits from LVT A4 and is still shoting?

This seams a little strange to me, also the m16 seams to be a little to strong as of late, in terms of damage absorbation.

I agree, hit one with a typhoon, got shot down came back with a la7 and smoked him blew his track, and he kilt me again.  So I left him alone.  Hmmm.... maybe im just a  bad pilot???  :D

I bet that top attacking with machineguns doesn't do anything for those (that peashot MG caliber..)
but in reality methinks the crew would be swiss cheese.

I dove streight down on 2 of theam and put a good 1 sec burst into theam both (on 2 dives) one started smoking the other no apparent effect,next pass the undamaged one I gave 3 sec,s and barely pulled out he finaly blew, the smoking one a boddy of mine droped a bomb on and finaly pollished him.
  unfortunatly I am without my refrence boks at the momment being out town,but if memory serves US halftracks were know for having weak armor and no top armor whatever.
