Status of Bishop Radar Factory showed 40% but visually the factory objects looked up. No perks were awarded for dropping field supplies. Logged out and then back in after a few minuets and Radar Factory showed 100%.
Background:
The factory was taken down to 38% while on-line. Flew two supply runs to the factory. After second run the status went from 38% to 40% and all factory objects looked up. Flew a third run about 20 minuets later and was not awarded perks. The city was in the forward location. Other factories where taken down to around 30% and they all came back up to 100%. The Radar Factroy was the only one that did not.
Suspect my FE was not being updated after the Radar Factory reached 40%. (I am using dial-up.)
