I live in NE Ohio.  Weather reports told us we may be 4 to 6 inches of snow.  I looked out the window yesterday bout 5PM we had about 3 inches.

Woke up this morning....that 4 to 6 inches turned into 16.  Don'tcha just love it?

We were supposedly were to be in the northern fringe of this storm.

Ya........right.

In this part of the Great White North the grass is showing through what there is of the snow. :D Ottawa receives about 235 centimetres (93 in) of snowfall annually.

Holy Smokes!  Gas for $2.41!!!!  $2.73 up here!

We are praying for snow up here in CNY.  Snowmobile season is dwindling away!  We can trailer them up to Redfield but it is nice to sled locally.

Hopefully we can get 2 feet of snow too!

Lucky stiffs!

We had our big dump in December. Out here on Long Island, we get a huge storm every few years (2 feet+), with significant snows (12"+) just about every winter. We've had 38" so far this winter. The one that clobbered the east coast yesterday missed us, providing nothing more than a few snow showers. The secret to living in the snow belt is to have a snow capable vehicle.

No doubt man.  A good friend of mine was actually in that video, and was there to witness the happenings.  Some jerk with a superiority complex completely over-reacting.  Regardless, this weekend was great due to the snow.  Widewing that's more or less what it looks like at my place, but my friggin camera is busted.   :frown:

Either way, no work tomorrow   :rock

I am farther east than El Paso, but I have lived in Germany, and Korea, so driving in snow is no biggie, but for people down here WOW.  I just grab a lawn chair and watch the rodeo.  The real buster was when I got snowed on in Northern Iraq, that sucked.  The good thing is the insurgents are fair weather fighters and dont like getting cold.  I guess they would rather snuggle with their sheep.
