If there is anybody interested in the P38 story I recommend  http://home.att.net/~C.C.Jordan/index.html (http://home.att.net/~C.C.Jordan/index.html)      Find the 3 part article by Carlo Kopp on the P38- its about the best I have come across. There are a lot of other articles about other warbirds as well.
