Title: more players then it is allowed and discos
Post by: lulu on February 15, 2010, 05:00:33 AM
I should like to understand why and how orange arena can allow more players then it seems allowed on
AH enter clipboard - i read, for example, 250/200 players. When maximum players number in arena
changes, could discos be more frequent? (i had got 10 discos these weeks always
a moment before i was able to shoot down some boogie and when i re-entered in AH arena numbers
were changed. In firewall Upnp services are off.)

player numbers in blue would have dropped below about 175 which meant the cap in orange went from say 250/300 to to 250/200

Search for "arena caps" or find the page on the HTC support site to explain the 250/200 numbers.

Disco at those opportune moments could be related to your Internet connection, computer speed, custom sound loading for your guns/cannons (or a bug in one of the sound files), etc., etc.

Also, as I understand it for smaller "over the limits" numbers, if you and five other people are on the arena selection screen at the same time and all see 199/200 you all have an open slot into the arena.

IE: No one is denied entry if they see an opening?
