Title: M3 and M16 overmodeled
Post by: brady on July 13, 2001, 07:44:00 PM
It would seam as thought these 2 are a little to uber if u ask me, almost as if this was done for game play and has no bearing in reality. The amount of damage these 2 take is absurd. Repeated strafings of M3 and their troops are still OK fine wtf...

I don't think they are uber, I think there is a bug in the armor.  They used to be easy to kill but a couple of releases ago they became really hard to kill.  That's why you see more m-16's now.

Yes I have taken a few M16's out this tour and they are killers now, they take a ton of damage and keep on a trucken. I also ment UBER in a sence pertaining more toward their realy world abalities relative toward their AH stamina. Not so much their uberness in the game persay.

Just yesterday, an M16 stood several passes by 2 C-Hogs and 190A-8. A squadron of such vehicles could win a war easily  ;)
