Here is my fisrt shot with my new .50 BMG rifle!!!
The gun is made by East Ridge / State Arms Gun Co. it is the "Rebel" model.
and btw, I love the trigger, there is no slack in it when you pull it. It fires right away. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the fact this gun does not have a safty, but other than that, I LOVE IT!!!

That's a high angle opposum........ Did you deliberately set the target like that for the camera?
The rifle is SWEET btw! Good looking piece.

Very nice. Very nice indeed.

Sweet .50 cal, those things are really ***** expensive too.
How much is the ammo on it?
-
We spent like 400 dollars on 80 rounds of regular ball ammo :cry :cry
it looks like I am shooting high because the camera is setting down the hill we were on, we never moved the target :)

Learn to start reloading your own, you can beat five bucks a round easily. As an added bonus you can tweak the powder charge to the gun for added accuracy. If you really want to get super-accurate you can do many other time consuming things. I always loved to reload as it gave me time more bang for my buck so to speak. Not only did I get to reload it, a relaxing task for me, I got to shoot it in the end.
A better question, what are you doing shooting at 200 yards! Multiply that by 3 or 5 and your getting somewhere.
:D

Nice. Must of cost you $1,500 - $3,000? And they are heavy too.

Who cares?
Rule number one (in my book) don't point the gun at anything you can't replace.
He did not do a thing wrong in my book, camera can be replaced....
Oakranger, I would venture guess closer to 3,500-4,500...and yes they are heavy!

NICE! Looks like alot of fun. Never got to shoot one. Shot the .50 revolver, was pretty fun, no comparison to the amount of powder that thing has though. Everytime i see a 50 cal i think of this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mx2aMN2-rX0 i saw a while ago, pretty crazy... :salute
