I just freshly installed the game, along with the hi-res texture pack.
I made sure max textures are on 1024. I'm running a native resolution of 1680 x 1050 @ 60 Htz on Vista 32 bit.
Every time I boot up the game for the first time of the day, this is what I see:

Only way to fix it is to completely back out of the game and come back in, aftewards it's fixed.
But then, I get this issue shown below, where the coast doesn't seem right:

To top off my issues, 3 out of 4 times I play my push to talk keybind for Range will just stop working no matter how many times I remap the key to my joystick or remap the key to my keyboard.
Channel push to talk works, but not range.
Anyone have any input for me? Please?

Looks to me like there is a resource issue. Need to see a DXDIAG output.

Uploaded my DxDiag.txt to a public file sharing service:

I cannot open anything at that site. Email is best for this.

Disregard the VOX issue...user error. :P
Other issues remain.

Fixed the shoreline/port graphics problem.
Apparently, detailed water is "off" by default. I never checked the Advanced tab of the Graphic Detail in the in game options.
The port shows correctly on water now, and the land looks a LOT better then it did with detailed terrain.
All that leaves is the "under the world" issue, which I have a theory about.
I use TrackIR, and I always turn it on before I start Aces High or else it won't work when turned on while the game is already running.
I tried running Aces High first before starting TrackIR, and I didn't experience the graphic tearing effect.
Could it be TrackIR and the default camera position it finds itself in when the game starts?

Still getting the "under the world" problem in the first screenshot.
Any fix on this?

It appears I never got your DXDIAG. Just a tip. All email is turned around within 24 hours, during the normal work week. If you sent in the DXDIAG and have not gotten a response, I either did not get it, or your are using an email service which is blocking/delaying email delivery back to you (mchsi, Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN...).

I'm using gmail.
I'll send it again.

I have not gotten it yet, but I did confirm our SPAM filter ate the email you sent on 2/26. Please do not send HTML encoded emails. When you attach a DXDIAG output to that, it gets pretty ugly looking.
I'll be looking for the new email and manually get it through the filters, unless there is some binary attached to it. Lot of that has been happening here lately.

Did you ever get the second email?
Sent it quite a while ago.

You know what? I just flat out forgot to watch for it. It has been hectic around here, but that really is not an excuse.
I apologize. Please send it and followup post here to let me know it is sent.
By the way, I turn all email around in less than 8 business hours after I get it. If you do noit here from me, it because I did not get it or it got lost being sent back to you.
