Title: If it can pack a bomb it can have an atack botton right???

Some planes like the La-7 , and the Ki 61 can carry bombs but have no atack function why? What is the criteria?

The HTC crew drinks alot of beer, then they label each empty bottle with the name of each plane. Having done this, they line them up 5ft away and try to piss in the bottles - any bottle with no piss in it when their bladders run dry doesn't get an "attack" button.  :(
