stick scaling?

Yep, map controls, hightlight your x,y axis (1 at a time), advanced and it should give you a page full of sliders. Take a screenie and post it here mate, it could be something with how your stick is scaled.

this almost seems like a shade on a fishing expidition.
has no one noticed he said he can't pull more than 1g? that means he can't turn at all.

Or, it could be a new guy that doesn't have a good background in flight (i.e. bad G estimation, or exaggeration), but likes planes and wants to fly them?
Even as bad as I suck, I've been around since Beta, and know enough to understand how things should work (I just don't have the skill to make them work that way). When you're around that long, there's a LOT you take for granted that doesn't come as easily to someone new. I've been noticing that more and more on this BBS lately. =)
I could help teach how to take off, but I haven't figured out the landing part yet. =) Imagine my suprise 2 years ago when I found that my planes actually had guns! Made the previous 8 years make much more sense.
kingcobradude, by far the best way to get help is posting a film. If you don't know how to do that just ask. Also as far as "stick scaling" goes, what likely is being asked for is screenshots of your stick controls "advanced" settings. Also would help to know what kind of joystick you have.

Glock89?
funny you should say that...I saw that call sign in the mains 2 days ago

Wel lI cannot figure out the video thing, but my plane always spins out of control when I do any kind of aerobatic maneuver

You are not describing the details we need. Please go offline, pick a plane, roll film, spawn on the runway, and show us the problem. Stop the film, go and then ZIP the film, and once others can see it they can reply "Oh, you're too slow" or "Oh, you've got your gear and flaps down" or "Oh, 3 of your 4 engines were idling, throwing you into a spin from the 4th engine" (or whatever the case may be.

Krusty, he just said he cannot figure out the video thing. As I said in my earlier post, some of us take a lot of stuff for granted as we've just been here too damn long. lol.
King, here's what I suggest... before taking off, hit ALT-R. Now, you should see a little red R in the upper left corner. Do some flying to show us the problem. Once you die/crash or land hit ALT-R. That should prompt you to give the video a file name. Name it whatever you want, and attach it here in the message board.

i try to not take anything for granted...........i partly based my statement on the fact that this is here, rather than in help and training.
