It's when $#% like this happens that makes me puke at society today...I am pretty sure she is not the only Lindsay on the planet...there's no way she will win this one.

I am sure the judge will throw it out. If anything, her lawyer just getting money out of it nor matter what happens.

At least one...the woman that was part of the ad team that came up with this commercial, she was the 'Lindsay' in the commercial.

The only "resemblance" I can see is Lohan is a "milkaholic". :cheers:

Until the "lawsuit" I wouldn't have associated her with the commercial at all.

At the very least, it's free publicity for E-Trade too.
