Title: Can't view WWI skins in offline?

Followed the same directions as for the old ones (ie.- saved in folder labeled 'DVII_1'), and can view it in skin viewer, but it doesn't show up in the dropdown menu in the offline hangar.

I just tested it offline.

Works for me perfeclty fine... "if" I create an object.txt file.

Otherwise it doesn't show up at all. Can't recall if this ever happened in previous versions because the first thing I always do is create an object.txt file!

EDIT: Just in case folks don't know, this means "create a text file, name it dvii.txt, put in it a single line saying ***MY PLANE*** and save it in that skin directory"
