Title: All special events on hold until arena issue solved

Hello, all.

The special-events arenas have been disconnecting everyone during special events.

We are putting all special events on hold until the issue is resolved.  I am confident that this resolution will come soon.

I will let people know here once special events are back on schedule.

Also, during the time that special events are on hold, the Arena Message in the special-events arenas will say so.  We will take down that message when events are back up and running.

Sorry for the inconvenience, folks, but I think special events will be back up and running soon.

Special events are back up and running.

CM's, if there is a crash in a special event, the CM in charge should (once the arena is done rebooting):
-- Immediately go back in.
-- Lock the arena.
-- Notify me and Skuzzy (saying which arena, what event, how many players, and when the crash happened).

If there is no crash, everything is fine.

If there is a crash, it's what we need to fix things.
