why?

They certainly are not enabled in the WWII Mains.
Not that I'm arguing against it, I just want to hear your reasoning.

Well, this is the wishlist right?  Also you do realize it's an arena setting already built into the game that would take about 3 seconds to enable.

It would be useful for nuggets like me to be able to watch how the better players fly, so on that basis I'd support this.

Then again, I'm like that.

Wurzel

Plus it would allow people to see which team has the most players inflight and fighting, and could then allow those minded players to move to the outnumbered side.

Wurzel gets it.  Glad I'm not the only one who likes to watch fights lol.  There is no tactical advantage to be gained by using it, so I see no reason to not have it.

Thought I have not flown in the WWI arena(s) yet, I support this wish. If there is no base-taking or no objective but to have fun and ignite some canvas, I don't see why not. I'd like to be able to watch a huge furball without having to check my six every few seconds  ;)

I'd like it as well, watching fights can be fun.

And it's not like you can give anything away that DAR doesn't already.
