Title: WW1 AvA instead of 4 furballing arenas

An CvT (Central vs. Triple powers) would for WW1 be nice. Only 2 bases. When you log into the arena, the server should assign you to side to make the most even sides as possible. I do think we would need to get more planes to even out the sides as well.

Ideas?
