Title: A New Dot Command

We can use .SR to find our squadmates in other arenas. Is it possible to have a DOT Command which will show the current numbers in ALL/ONE arena(s) along with CAP numbers while you are playing in any of the arenas?

This is usefull for squad members to keep checking on arena numbers while waiting to get into a CAP'd arena to fly with their squad. It's usefull in the reverse to know the arena you are in is CAP'd and leaving to peek in another arena may mean a long wait to get back in.

A variation of it could be an individual command naming any single arena to return what the numbers are on the three sides along with the current CAP number or just (total/CAP). This would take more time for the individual to check ALL arenas but usefull for the mentioned two reasons above. The data possibly will fit in one line of the text buffer when returned.

.CAP <arena name>

Return text: b(number), k(number), r(number) CAP(number)
