OK, this isn't sexy or anything but I'd like to see one of those little check boxes on the patch updates that said Open Read Me so I didn't have to open Explorer and navigate to it every time a patch is installed to see what changed.

theres a copy of it in the AH folder, I have a desktop shortcut to the films folder anyway so its only a click away :)

I don't like a cluttered desktop so for me I have to open Explorer then My Computer/C/Program Files/HTC/Aces High II/Read Me.  I really can't imagine an open read me check box would be all that difficult to implement seeing as almost everyone else includes one.

Actually, it would be nice if they just updated the existing read me file too with the newest updates near the top of the file instead of filling the folder full of them.
