				Hi Skuzzy-
After awhile away to save my marriage, which didn't work ):
I am ready to come back and do some flying.
After deleting the game and reinstalling it, the game hangs up immediately, sometimes reaching the entrance screen, but mostly not even getting that far.
This usually rquires a hard boot, sometimes I can cntrl alt delete and shut it down.
 Any ideas ?
 Thanks
 Flit

Would need a DXDIAG output.  Chances are the default Windows screen resolution is too high for the game to get started at the same resolution.  That is just a guess.

-
Hmmm, I did'nt think of that - I'll give it a shot and let you know

-
Nope- It gets to the startup screen and locks up.

Odd.  The only thing I can think of is the video card not getting enough power to stay in 3D mode, or it is overheating (low percentage on that one or you would normally get artifacts on the display).

Try setting the game to run in "Windows 98/Windows ME" compatibility mode.
