Yeah, a .8xx reaction time is pretty poor... Not done much drag racing, so the light gave me a tough time...

i was more joking than trying to be critical......
in street cars, as soon as you see the flicker of yellow, hammer it. i've never raced my bike, so i don't know if it'd be different with bikes or not. :aok

I used to race my 900F Supersport back in the day. Once I launched I never touched the clutch again.
Launch at 7000 rpm sitting on the seam of the seat and tank. Front wheel would get a couple of inches off the ground for a few.
New V6 Camaros running just into the 13s and just over 101 through the traps stock.

One More Better, Innit?
That much-improved power plant for the 2011 Ford Mustang V6 is the 3.7-liter version of the all-aluminum, 60-degree Duratec V6. You'll recognize this as the same displacement Duratec V6 that powers the Lincoln MKS (other Ford brand vehicles make do with the slightly less powerful 3.5-liter version of this engine). For duty in the Mustang, Ford has pumped up the peak output of this motor to 305 hp at 6,500 rpm and 280 pound-feet of torque at 4,250 rpm. The DOHC V6 has a compression ratio of 10.5:1, features cylinder heads with four valves per cylinder and uses variable camshaft timing for both intake and exhaust.
from here......http://www.insideline.com/ford/mustang/2011/2011-ford-mustang-v6-first-look.html
and if you've been keeping an eye on the stangs, you may note that they're bringing back the 5.0 in 2011(in the gt), at 412 hp, and mid 12 second 1/4 mile times. :aok

Quibbling over .6 on a V6 Camaro/Mustang is silly anyways.
Next year the Mustang sets the standard yet again. Both the GT and V6 will be on top again.
