Well, there are lots of reasons to create a 190F8. I'll line up my reasoning here.
1) Scenarios. In the upcoming Afrika scenario, 190A8's will have to "simulate" 190F8's. Flight model wise, they'll do a remarkable job, but ordnance wise, they come up lacking quite much. One egg vs the loadout of the F8 is a big difference. Also, low altitude speed is greater on the A8, enabling better rrrruns.
2) Modelling. It's basically an A8. Much of the 3d art can be reused, and the FM just needs to be tweaked and loadout options added.
3) Equalizing LW/Allieds capabilities. The allieds have several aircraft that either carry two bombs and a load of rockets, or three bombs and a load of rockets. Would be nice if the LW had similar capabilities.
4) LW panzer plonking. As it is now, I take my 190A8, drop one egg, rtb for rearm. All while an F4U makes two passes with bombs, a couple of passes with rockets, and then some (if the pilot has the courage) a few passes with cannons. Not asking for supercannons; a few more eggs would be nice though.
5) Not unbalancing.
There are variants of arguments based on these, but that's what it boils down to.

Now seriously, G series of Fw190 will be much better ground pounder than F versions. To start, because they had wing strong points and F versions hadn't.
And secondly because they were fast low level latewar jabos, faster than F8.
Most of them were fitted with MW50 booster. It would be the equal of the CHog,as ground pounder, in all but guns.
This was a plane widely used in the eastern front, it carried the Panzerblitz and R4M antitank rockets...wonderful antitank weapons (someone said "wonderful Ostie Killers"? (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)
So, forget about F8, and, please please, bring a G8.

Any 190 is a welcome addition to the planeset.

The current Fw 190A-8 with boost override has as much power on the deck as F or G with supplemental petrol injection. Just make sure that same engine is used in the F-8.
Fw 190F-8 with boost override and option for U1 wing bomb racks. That's the ticket!

RAM I am not sure that MW 50 was used on any Fw 190A/F/G.
In any case the boost override system gives equivalent performance.

OR
Rockets: 12xPanzerschreck, 8xPanzerblitz 1, 12xPanzerblitz 2
Bubble hood and 2x13mm, 2x20mm.

I'm just getting the hang of dive bombing... would be great if I could stick around a little bit longer and destroy more than 1 target in the 190 without having to rtb and rearm. Especially now that in-bound vehicle raids are a lot more dangerous to friendly airfields. I'm finding that taking a jabo is great for defence, since combined air/ground raids are more prevalent now. Arrive on target, engage a couple (maybe more) vehicles, then engage the enemy jabos who are trying to knock out your field ack and mobile ack. So you get my vote for whichever jabo ride...

I have no problem with the Fw190F being added....
....after we get more Japanese and Russian aircraft.
HTC, give 'em a Ki102 to equalize the Alied/Axis ground attack capability.

F8, G8, doesn't matter, just give me something that carries more than 1 bomb. And the option to remove the useless cowl guns would be nice too.

In this version a German Jabo is neede more dearly than ever before with the FW190A8 being obsolete due to the ineffectivness of its guns to armour and buildings!!!
