I would like to see a Nazi theme Aces High Music Video of Everybody Wants To Rule The World.

you should try and read the Aces High Messageboard Forum Posting Rules, to save yourself from embarrassment, or having your post edited, or your threads locked or deleted, or possibly even being banned from the boards ( and sometimes even from both the boards and the game )

And eskimo, it is rather inappropriate. Would you take The Wall (or some song with lyrics about referring to kids) and set it to the theme of babies being killed in Rwanda? I think not. It's culturally insensitive to suggest it.
I think... maybe... yes, I'm pretty sure that's universal with all cultures. None of them are very fond of the Nazi party.

I don't mind the subject. It's a part of history that we should learn from and never forget. And what it tells the world about the cruelty of some people and governments.
It's the music he choose I didn't like. When I think of Nazism, it's Wager I hear. Not Tears for Fears. :confused:

Okay. maybe their was a missunderstanding hear. what i would like to see is an Aces High film that plays the Song Everybody Wants To Rule The World, that uses mostly German built planes, bombers, and tanks, fighting Allie planes. You know bombing bases, strats, tank battles, air to air combat, where they come out victorious. Like the opennig days of the war Ok?

No worries RaptorL, as I understand things (and I have been here since 2001), the reason we don't bring the term Nazi in here is that AH really is a global game. HTC has customers all over the world...Germany included. It may interest you to know that displaying the swastika in Germany is a criminal offense, and the term Nazi is verbotten (although I do not know what laws there pertain to that particular term..if any).
At any rate, we don't bring the Nazi term here as a rule on the BBS, or in-game. You may also notice that there are no swastikas' on any German iron here. It is probably one of the few things that could potentially cause legal grief to Dale and Co., as they cater to a good portion of the free world.
Please understand that I do not speak for HTC in any capacity, however past precedence and my long association will bear up what I posted here, I am sure.
I hope this puts things in a better perspective for you.

Just a comment here - with a song titled "EVERYBODY Wants To Rule The World", would it make more sense to devote segments of the film to the many different nationalities of aircraft in AH2, rather than just one? Great old song though, and a good one for an AH video.
As an idea for strictly the German aircraft, I'd appreciate seeing a mashup of The Simpson's Mr Burns ("The Germans are coming, I'm so scared, oooooh the Ger-Mans!") and some great action tune from Rammstein.

I honestly have no problem with the word Nazi being used. It may be offensive but you can't remove history. The Nazi war-machine (as it's called) was true and shouldn't be seen as offensive just for being used. What is RaptorL was referring to the SS? This was an all Nazi army.
But then again I'm called a Nazi just for supporting conservative politics X3
