Last night saw the rooks again on a rampage, tearing up and swallowing knit bases. though try as they might, the almighty knights have been taken down a notch or 2 as the Rooks seem to be ransacking the maps at their leisure and operating with impunity!
the once power full knits have been a little less then pleased with the outcome of alot of base attacks. last night cobia and company valiantly fought off an large attack by JG54 on base A8, while A6 had been under siege for several hours. as effective as cobia is a both a fighter and bomber pilot, he and his co-horts were unable to squelch the attack on A8. A8 fell into rook hands as JG54 executed both tactical and aeronautical finesse. <S> to the defenders of A8.
Base after base fell to the rooks and now the bishops are starting to get some momentum too as they follow the suite of the rooks. soon the knits will see why fighting a 2 front war is a bad thing.
<S> to the knights, you guys are a great fight, and you're what makes the game fun!
fun stuff last night folks, its been a hoot!
