Title: PT Boat wont move

Since the last patch I can up and start a PT, but when I put it in gear it doesnt move.  I also still cant get a jeep to start.

unlike GVs, you need to move the throttle to get the PT boat to go.  In the jeep, it defaults to Control Mode 2, try switching it to Control Mode 1 if you don't use Control Mode 2 for GVs.

Go to clipboard -> Options -> Controls -> Map Controllers.

1. Make sure that you have Mode 2 mapped for your controller. Use the "Copy Mode 1" button after selecting Mode 2 from the menu.
2. Make sure the box "Auto select mode at start of flight" is selected.
3. Calibrate your controller, including the throttle lever.
