1. Fly level 200-300 mph
2. Roll 90 deg.
3. Use rudder to keep nose up.
4. Plane is climbing like if u fly normal.
Is this realistic ? If yes, do planes needs wings at all ?

It’s called ’knife-edge’ and is very possible to do in a real plane, it's a standard aerobatics maneuver.
You need to use a lot of power and fly at a 30 degree up angle or so, using the vertical component of the airframe to generate lift and pure engine power. How good a plane does knife-edge depends a lot on the side area of the airframe, rudder authority and power to weight ratio. A WW2 fighter should be able to do it no problems, but I don’t know how well.
