1> When taking control of a CV and changing its waypoints, your name is no longer highlighted on the list.  While clicking on 'give up command' does indeed release the CV, your name is still on the list.  If you manually highlight that CV and THEN click 'give up command', then your name disappears from the list as it should.

2> IIRC the is the B5N... busted up on landing but a 'piece' of the fuselage is still hovering around:

B5N2 Fixed for next release
