Post by: Tango on April 29, 2010, 07:33:37 PM
My brother sent this to me in an email. I think we should ALL bump this thread to show our appreciation for our military and thier service.

that was awesome!!!! i joined my local lincoln twp fire department auxilary, its a group that gets together to have different events to help raise money for our local fire department. during christmas time, they make stockings and send them to our troops. they are wanting do send care packages a couple times per year to just help show support and give our boys and girls a little something to remind them that people care back home.  :salute to our military and  :salute to our law enforcement and our local fire fighters!! ..cant forget they are here to help keep us safe also!

Really no thanks necessary except Thank YOU.....It really helps our morale overall, higher morale = more harcore training. Hard core training being walking through 2 inchs of snow at the end of April with NODs on at night trying not to get hit in the head with branchs(you can see the northern lights from Ft Drum with NODs on).
