Title: German Shepard Rescue Story
Post by: oneway on April 30, 2010, 07:00:03 PM
I hope this is not some violation of TOS...

Here is a great story to finish the week and move onto Saturday...

This is the story of German Shepard named Courage who has defied all odds and continues to recover from abuse...

When found he weighed 37 pounds, was chained to steel post and had a belly full of rocks and dirt...that was April 7

This photo was taken within the last few days...he has put on over 20 pounds and is being adopted by his foster caregiver...

COURAGE!!!!!!!!

the sad thing is that the owner that abused him will get off with no more than a wrist slap and a fine.  I'm glad Courage pulled through and is thriving and has a new owner that will love and take care of him.  Such a beautiful dog too.

Jeez...the owner was a veterinary hospital employee.  Glad to hear that the hospital fired her for doing this.

Dogs Rock...

I don't believe there will be any hidden aggression...look into his eyes...

This is an animal that despite his horrific treatment in the past sees nothing but hope...

Thankfully good will and wishes for this animal are abundant...

Good for him...good for us....

Live long and prosper Courage...you have many fans...
