I need a pack with all the 38 J skins.

I hate how long it takes to auto download and I cant fly a plain Olive drab 38.

That's the reason I need a pack for download.

I forgot to add that the skins page isnt working for me for some reason.

It's not you, it looks like that part of the HTC server has a problem
