Post by: nasty on May 02, 2010, 12:38:23 PM
 :salute
Some days when i try to enter 1 of the main arenas it says that there is to many members allready in it(240-100)

Then as I'm waiting i c it go from 240 to 245 then to 243 of 100.Then i end up waiting for the limit to go up to 300.

Do a search on arena caps. More than a few times Skuzzy has answered how they work and why.

Simply put, it's a way to get both of the late war arenas populated as evenly as possible...and the limits are on an automated timed setting.

Enter the main arena that says 125/200.

Or, maybe you like unrewarding waits.

It's your $15.

There should be a (What are Arena Caps?) popup box on the main arena menu so people who are wondering can click on it and get an explanation right there.

The underlying cause of the arena split is to remove the caustic environment the large single arena created.  Too many players in one arena creates an unhealthy environment.

The arena caps were enabled again, as the arena numbers were approaching the healthy environment limits.  No matter what you think, we have numbers proving a large arena will not allow HTC to continue to grow.

We have remained open for suggestions to solve the problem.  A large fixed arena size is not an option.
