Title: CH Throttle - How do I map mini Joystick in CM

I formated back to win98 so I can use the Control Manager software. I have everything working properly except mapping in the mini joystick to me my ingame mouse. Can someone please give me a step by step on what to check in CM and what to have assigned in AH setup. Thanks..
