Title: Extremely loud voice announcements after minimize and then maximize AH2
Post by: saantana on May 07, 2010, 01:13:33 AM
Hello.

After entering AH2 again by clicking on it in the task bar, after having previously minimized the game, I get greeted by extremely loud voice announcements such as "Your base is being attacked". This is even when at the time of return to the game, the said base I am in tower of is not being attacked.

This goes for other sounds as well, such as CV hits.

It seems that when the game is minimized, the sound buffered is not emptied and when you get back into the game the sound buffer empties everything in one shot - and extremely loudly.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Best regards.

I don't have this problem. I think it is because I turned those voice announcements down to 0 in options. Possible temp. fix there if it is bugging you

Not relevent to the bug but: The "base under attack" announcement is for any friendly field that's radar is tripped. It is usefull in leading you to the action.
