Just a thought and it would add a bit of realism to game.
What about there being x number of planes (gv's, boats ) to start a map. As they are destroyed they are replaced....
at a rate consistent with how long it takes to build one, and based on how many factories are operational
to build them. More factories would be needed of course, but also they could be specific to what they
manufacture. We have Troop, Ord and Fuel factories now. Why not Plane, Vehicles and Ships factories?
(more targets to hit)
I'm just burning out on the "hoards" attacking, being killed only to re-up as many times as needed with a seemingly
endless supply of whatever they want. I don't care if they re-up. But if you waste your resources, you should have
to contend with that too.
Ok, now kick the dog.....

Won't happen in the main arenas.

The problem with this idea is that it would be unevenly applied simply due to numbers. While it is true that lower numbers on your side means fewer aircraft being flown, if they had higher numbers earlier in a tour that "advantage" could have been erased. Once a side is down on numbers it becomes much easier to pound its factories and eventually the low numbers side is also facing wait times between sorties.
